Bojana Dimovska is Plant Director at Rontis DOOEL Veles and a senior professional with more than 18 years of experience within Rontis, building her career through a combination of quality assurance, medical device manufacturing and strategic management. Throughout her career, she has played an important role in the development of Rontis’s Veles operations and in strengthening the company’s position in the medical devices industry.
She began her career at Rontis in the Quality Assurance department, where she spent two years gaining in-depth knowledge of the company’s processes, quality systems and medical device manufacturing environment. Her strong commitment, professional expertise and understanding of the business enabled her to progress into leadership positions and ultimately take on her current role as Plant Director.
In her role as Plant Director, Dimovska is responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the Veles manufacturing plant, supporting operational excellence, quality, employee development and the continuous improvement of production activities. Her extensive experience within the organization gives her a comprehensive understanding of both the operational and strategic aspects of the business.
Dimovska holds a university degree in Law (Political Science) and a Master’s degree in Management. Her multidisciplinary academic background, combined with more than 18 years of hands-on experience in a highly regulated medical devices environment, has enabled her to develop a distinctive leadership approach that connects business management, compliance, quality and people development.
Bojana Dimovska is also one of the founding members of SwissCham North Macedonia and currently serves as a member of its Board of Directors. Through her involvement in SwissCham, she contributes to the development of the business community in North Macedonia, fostering stronger cooperation between Swiss companies and the local business environment and supporting the values of international cooperation, responsible business and sustainable economic growth.
With her long-standing experience at Rontis, leadership expertise and commitment to professional excellence, Dimovska continues to contribute to the sustainable growth and development of Rontis DOOEL Veles and its medical devices manufacturing operations.
