Join SwissCham North Macedonia and become part of a business community dedicated to strengthening economic and business relations between Switzerland and North Macedonia.
The quickest way to join is to complete the application online. The procedure below describes the paper alternative, for companies that prefer a signed and stamped document.
Applying on paper involves the following steps:
1. Complete the application form
Fill in every required field with accurate, current details of the company or organisation and of its nominated representative.
2. Provide the required documents
The completed application must be accompanied by the following documents:
- a current registration extract from the Central Registry of the Republic of North Macedonia, no more than three months old;
- a signed declaration accepting the terms of SwissCham North Macedonia;
- any other documents or information requested during the process.
3. Send the application
Send the application form and the required documents to swisscham-mk@swisscham-mk.com.
4. Review and approval
The application is reviewed in accordance with the Statute and the rules of SwissCham North Macedonia. The Chamber may request further information or documents where necessary.
The applicant is notified of the decision using the contact details given in the application.
5. Payment of the membership fee
Once membership is approved, the Chamber issues an invoice for the applicable annual fee.
The fee is payable in denar at the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of the Republic of North Macedonia, within 30 days of the invoice date.
For companies joining during the calendar year, the fee is calculated pro rata for the remaining months, in accordance with the Membership Fee Rules.
