Marija Dukovska-Pavlovska is a member of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Makstil AD Skopje, a position she has held since February 2022. With many years of experience leading complex industrial and financial organisations, she has a proven record in delivering transformation, corporate governance, ESG standards and improved organisational performance.
Her career rests on extensive experience in manufacturing (the electronics industry) and in banking, complemented by international expertise in the non-governmental sector, where she led development and financial management projects across South-East Europe. Before joining Makstil, Marija held senior management roles including General Manager of KEMET Electronics Macedonia and HR Director for Eastern Europe.
Marija holds a degree in economics (Ss. Cyril and Methodius University, Skopje) and a master’s degree in economic sciences (Josip Juraj Strossmayer University, Osijek). Alongside her formal education she is a certified NLP trainer, a Mindset Map Coach and a facilitator of international programmes such as FranklinCovey and SDI. As an ambassador for “Women on Boards Adria”, she is an active advocate for gender equality and for greater representation of women in governance structures.
