Sanja Radovanović is Chief Executive Officer of Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC) Skopje and a professional with more than 20 years of experience in logistics, maritime transport and international trade. Throughout her career she has worked actively to support Macedonian companies as they grow, and to strengthen North Macedonia’s connections to global trade flows.
She began her career at Interliner Agencies, where she laid the foundations of her professional experience in international logistics and trade. She then joined MSC, where she has been part of the team since the Skopje office opened and has taken an active part in its development and in establishing it as one of the leading players in the transport and logistics industry. Today MSC is the largest container shipping company in the world and a significant driver of global trade.
Radovanović graduated in economics from the Faculty of Economics in Skopje, specialising in international trade. She has completed a range of professional training in sales, management and leadership, including the MSC Academy — a global programme for developing leadership and management skills — and a specialised leadership programme at Queen’s University in Canada.
A strong supporter of women’s leadership, she takes an active part in MSC’s global mentoring programme “Inspiring Women”, mentoring women in management positions across a number of countries and contributing to the development of their professional and leadership capabilities.
Alongside her corporate role, Radovanović is closely involved in the development of the business community in North Macedonia and in promoting the values of Swiss business, international cooperation and sustainable economic growth, as Vice President of SwissCham North Macedonia.
